My stay was an absolute nightmare! The air conditioning was broken, and no one informed us beforehand. We had a sweltering night with the windows closed, it was impossible to sleep. Plus, the noise outside was unbearable. I cannot believe this lack of communication.

We had an amazing experience at these luxury rooms! The location is just perfect—so close to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum that we walked everywhere with our little ones. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and there was plenty of wardrobe space for our family's belongings.
